Request account deletion

Use this page to ask Juze Technologies Corporation to delete your ProofMile account and associated personal data.

You do not need to be signed in. Send the request from the email address on the account.

Or write to privacy@proofmile.com with the subject “ProofMile account deletion request.” Include the account email and your name.

What we delete

After we verify the request, we delete or de-identify account profile data such as name, email, phone, login credentials, vehicle details, payout account tokens, and app profile settings.

What we may keep

Delivery records, proof photos, and manifests required by law or a merchant contract (typically 3–7 years for regulated goods)
Driver earnings and tax records (typically 7 years)
Records needed to complete an investigation, dispute, or legal claim

We do not keep your account active or continue to use your data for new deliveries after deletion.

Timing

We acknowledge requests within 7 days and complete deletion within 30 days, except where a longer legal retention period applies. We will email you when the account is closed.
