Driver App End User License Agreement
This EULA is a legal agreement between you and Juze Technologies Corporation for the ProofMile Driver mobile application. By downloading or using the App, you agree to this EULA. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
This EULA is supplemental to the ProofMile Independent Contractor Agreement. If they conflict, the Independent Contractor Agreement controls.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install the App on a device you own or control and use it solely to receive and fulfill delivery opportunities as an authorized independent contractor.
Account and eligibility
You must be at least 18, legally authorized to work, and complete required identity, background, vehicle, and insurance checks. You are responsible for your credentials and for activity on your account.
Location, camera, and notifications
The App requests location (including background location during active deliveries), camera/photos for proof of delivery and ID checks, and notifications for dispatch. Precise location is described in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
You may not reverse engineer the App, interfere with the platform, submit false proofs, or use the App for unlawful deliveries. We may suspend access for policy or safety violations.
Disclaimer and liability
The App is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Juze Technologies Corporation disclaims implied warranties and limits liability for indirect or consequential damages. Google LLC is not a party to this EULA if you downloaded the App from Google Play.
