By using the ProofMile website, mobile application, APIs, or related services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
The Services
ProofMile is a last-mile delivery operations platform for merchants, independent-contractor drivers, and delivery recipients. Features include dispatch, tracking, proof of delivery, compliance workflows, and payouts.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, and be 18 or older. Merchants are responsible for staff access. Drivers must complete onboarding and remain eligible under applicable law.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the platform, submit false delivery records, circumvent compliance checks, or use the Services for unlawful activity. We may suspend accounts to protect users, comply with law, or enforce these Terms.
Payments
Fees, payouts, and taxes are described in your merchant or driver agreement. Payment processors handle card and ACH transactions subject to their terms.
Privacy
Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
